My Sub-Personalities

I have a list on my own to help me with integration of my sub-personalities, but I think it would be good to have a public list as well. I usually don't call them my "sub-personalities", because it sounds a little like they are "sub-human", but I think this term offers more immediate clarity than if would call them "my parts", which I usually do. I also want to mention that the order in which they are listed does not represent a hierarchy, it is the order in which I discovered them:
Protectors:
The Lawyer:
This part jumps in when there is the threat of serious disconnection, and he wants to help mediate.
His needs are order, integrity, peace.
The Hermit:
He feels great in isolation, loves being disliked and isolated and dislikes everyone else.
He needs autonomy, peace and adventure.
The Spartan:
This part likes uncomfortable or dangerous situations, too prove himself lovable by being able to take pain or fear without complaining.
Needs: challenge, movement, efficiency, competency
The Caretaker:
He jumps in when nobody else takes care of me when sick or tired, not only taking care of my needs, but also expressing anger towards others.
Needs: health, care, peace-of-mind, nurturing
The Rebel/Terrorist:
This part likes to dismissing other people's criticism of me, and is ready to attack anyone it judges as hypocritical.
It is wanting me to have freedom, peace of mind, self-expression, choice.
It protects especially the inadequate child, in opposition to the Concerned Part.
The Analyzer:
This part criticizes others for being unaware of their issues. It is in opposition to the Lonely Lover.
The Preacher:
This part is the spokesperson for the Rebel. It likes to have angry rants about the inadequacies of people and society.
Needs: integrity, awareness, shared reality
The Artist:
He loves to express emotions through art. Needs self-expression, meaning, to be known, beauty, growth.
The Hunter:
He likes to stalk or hunt down small or weak animals. He can "smell" fear, he is targeting weakness, feeling excitement, needing competency.
The Patriarch:
This part emerges when he is perceiving that we are shamed or disrespected. He is in polarization with the Shaman.
His needs are dignity, respect, trust, contribution, purpose, integrity, order.
Has is generally looking like an old english Lord when triggered, but has transformed since into the image of an old oak tree.
The Confused/Forget/Tired Part:
This one comes up in scary situations that I could be blamed for, or that are stressful. It helps me by dissociating or changing a memory.
It needs ease, peace-of-mind, fun, rest.
The Secret Agent:
It emerges in stressful social situations or when there is the possibility of shame. It pretends that we are on a "mission" to dissociate from insecurity.
It needs safety, trust and equanimity.
Scalawag:
He is part exile and protector, and likes to play pranks or nonsensical jokes. This guy likes to hide what he likes to do the most. it is also the most fun when it is probably forbidden, because it happened all the time in the past that people disapproved of what he thought was the greatest thing ever.
Need for fun, play and spontaneity.
The Lover:
finds creative solutions to soothe me or others with sexual pleasure, and wants to help others to heal their sexuality. The needs involved are care, creativity and sexual expression.
The Nothing:
It comes up when needs are unfulfilled, but speaking out could create conflict.
Needs peace and ease. It suppresses any emotion, so that I feel nothing.
The Wife-beater:
This part is disgusted by and angry about women in general. It needs respect, consideration, and to matter
The Snob:
He is disgusted by other people that are not like him, and thinks they should be more like him, otherwise they are stupid.
The Criticism Protection Team:
One part is a teenager dressed in black, dismissing or forgetting any painful criticism, another part is a large bodyguard that creates a boundary and kicks out people who don't express their criticism with compassion or care.
The Fiery Mother:
This part is wanting to protect inner children from pain by saying: "Don't cry!". She does not like tears, because she is afraid they will extinguish her fire
The Troll:
He is biting my fingers, to manage my anxiety about reaching into the unknown.
The Concerned Part:
It is preoccupied with what other people want, so I do not get into trouble and remain accepted.
Protects the inadequate child, but in opposition of the Rebel
The perfect little Boy:
He wants to do whatever my parents want, in order to be loved and accepted.
The Shaman:
He has compassion and understanding for others, denying our needs, in opposition to the Patriarch. Since first discovery he has transformed into "The Wind", cooperating with the old oak tree.
Exiles:
All of these exiles named are usually a whole group of inner children.
Sick Boy
He becomes alive when my body feels sick, and is longing for nurturing, care and love.
Inadequate Child
It is afraid of not living up to my fathers standards, therefore being unlovable,
Needs acceptance and love.
Crying Baby
This exile express his needs with full force, screaming and shaking. Needs care, nurturing and love. To matter.
Bullied Child
This part is scared of being ridiculed, hurt and ostracized by other children.
Needs belonging, inclusion and trust.
Inventor
A little boy that has all kinds of crazy ideas how to improve the world, but sacred of sharing it. Needs safety, care, acceptance, love and appreciation.
Boy in the Box
Boy left at the Kindergarten
Child left behind
A toddler that wants to grab things
He is curious about getting good stuff in the unknown, but anxious about being punished for touching the wrong things.
Musician
